Not Ready / Wrap-Up statuses not showing in directory??

Hi,

Am I missing something or what? 😊

Subject says about everything. How can we get CDT's "Not ready" or "Wrap-up" statuses to be seen at directory search results? Attached picture: Agent test 2 is "not ready" and test 1 is searching directory > Looks like agent 2 is free and available.
