Hi,
We are unable to extract data from a sales extractor into BW PSA. Infopackage stays yellow for long time and then becomes red with below error:
Data package 1: arrived in BW: Selected no does not agree with transferred no.
This is in transfer idocs abd trfcs and they were checked in BD87 in source, no issues as such over there. No RFC connection issue as other LO extractors are working fine. No other issues in source, except that the info package job seems to run long enough in source and its yellow/red in BW..
No root cause yet and kindly advise its impacting the reporting. RSA7 is getting piled up with records though.
hi,
is it problem for all datasources, then check with BASIS regarding connection between BW and ECC.
schedule pgm RBDAPP01 for every 15mins it processhanged IDOCs manually
reduce datapackgae size 1K and try to reload data.

Hi Sai,
at BW side, sm37 logs - have you checked them?
Before this load, any changes happen on ECC/BW servers?
Thanks

Hello Aditya Sai,
1. Delete the setup data (LBWG)
2. Job for collective update stopped (LBWE)
3. Check the Delta Queue (RSA7) for Sales Data Sources
4. Block user to modify to modify purchase order (Due to Delta queue)
5. Fill up SETUP TABLES (Tcode OLI*BW to fill the set up tables ( where *=7 for sales and *=9 for billing etc). Try for 1 week only. If data is coming fine in PSA then delete the request from PSA. If this will work fine then you can confirm that your transfer idoc and trfcs working fine.
6. Load INIT-DELTA into BW. If still request took time. dont cancel it. Wait till system terminates it.
Thanks
