Company merger?

Hi Gurus,

Please share your experience on this topic.

My client has acquired a new company and this company also have SAP ECC6 in place. 

1. As an FICO consultant what things/process steps I need to consider for this merger? 

2. How are we going to Integrate both the companies in SAP?

SAP SLO Company Code Merge is an option, its a Service from SAP SLO.

Search SDN for this, lots of info.

Hi,

it's realy depends on your business scenario.

For instance buying company could require to 'stop' all POs, payments and so on...

Also if new CC will be migrate to existing ERP or remains at old one, and so on
