Generate cXML to be used by Ariba

Can anyone tell me if its possible to generate a cXML that can be sent to the Ariba?

The client needs only the cXML that can be dropped in on a file server and will be picked up at the other end and will be supplied to the Ariba System.

I know that XML can be generated but i wanted to know if we can generate a cXML so that the supplier need not validate/program the file and can supply the file to their order management system.

Let me know if anyone has any ideas.
