I have setup in OPU5 for planned order for both detailed scheduling and Rate based scheduling.
My scenario I have 2 Production version namely PV1 with Workcenter(WC1) and PV2 with work center(WC2)
Both PV has same routing group but with different group counter. The difference in group counter is to differentiate the work center used.
Material - X
PV1 setup
Routing Group - XXXXX
Group counter- 01
BOM usage - 1
Alt. BOM - 01
Prod.line-WC1
PV2 Setup
Routing Group - XXXXX
Group counter- 02
BOM usage - 1
Alt. BOM - 01
Prod.line - WC2
Now I created planned order for Production version PV1 and manually scheduled it and noticed two tabs in planned order namely detailed scheduling and Production rates with same work center WC1.
Now I modified the same planned order in MD12 and changed Production version from PV1 to PV2 and rescheduled it, Now I noticed the detailed scheduling tab has updated with new workcenter WC2 whereas the production rate tab is not updated with WC2 but remain same with WC1.
As per production version PV2 the production rate tab also should get scheduled for WC2 right.
Can you please let me know what is the issue? What should I do to get the WC2 in production rate tab in planned order for PV2?
Mainly what is purpose to have both detailed scheduling and rate based scheduling for the same planned order?
