Solman_workcenter- Root cause Analysis ( No data found )

Hi All,

In Root Cause Analysis -> Workload analysis - " No data found" is occurring.

I have configured diagnostic agent and Wily introscope to the particular solman Development system.

1. In WILY INTROSCOPE - It is working fine , data is getting retrieved over there.

2. solman_workcenter->Root Cause Analysis - > workload analysis ->***(system)-> No data found

3. solman_setup -> Managed system configuration -> Technical system -> ABAP stack is Active / JAVA Stack is not Active

4. solman_setup -> Managed system configuration -> Hosts -> Diagnostic Agent status " Active"

I have got a note - 2044198 -

"Value "Name" for variable "E2E Metric Type Variable" is invalid" and "No Applicable Data Found" in Workload Analysis

Have implemented few steps but still problem persist.

MDX_PARSER is working fine.

Kindly suggest me in resolving this issue.

Hi Mohamed,

The configuration of Dual Stack systems (e.g. SAP Solution Manager) must be performed using the tab Technical Scenarios, did you performed?

It may depends on the Extractors Setup on step Finalize Configuration, do you see any errors?
