Maybe the user information input is wrong. (to change the password of OS user <sid>adm, using command passwd How to change &lt;sid&gt;adm password on HANA a... | SCN)
If you can logon the OS with user root, and then switch to <sid>adm. Perform the recovery using Python script recoverSys.py.
