How to Trigger Sales Order from C4C Sales Quote to CRM

Hi Experts,

Has anyone triggered Sales Order creation in CRM from C4C Sales Quote through HCI?

If so, please mention the settings to be done in C4C, HCI and CRM to achieve this? Which iFlow artifact was used for this?

Hi Keynes Austin,

Quote to Order in CRM is possible through HCI.

1. Run Connectivity report in CRM.

2. Iflow setup in HCI (Create Sales Quote Follow Up Document in SAP Business Suite)

3. C4C Scoping.

-Scoping Question related to “create follow up documents for Sales Quotes from cloud solution to an external application” to be enabled.

-Navigate to Business Configuration Work Center -> Implementation Projects View and Edit the Project scope for “First Implementation”

- Question:“Do you use an external application to calculate prices for sales quotes items in cloud solution”

Fine Tuning is also required. Activity-External Pricing.(Maintain External Condition Types), (Maintain External Pricing Procedure), (Maintain Quote Doc Types relevant for Ext pricing) and (Maintain Code List mapping for doc type selected).
