Hi All,

I would like to ask regarding the shopping cart functionality, currently there is a need for a client to input tax codes during the shopping cart entry. But currently I could not see or find such possible entry method during the shopping cart entry. Is there a way to enable tax code entries from shopping cart? Assistance would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Hello Jae,

We do not calculate the taxes at the shopping cart level in the ByDesign. Taxes are actually required or will be considered only during the payments, meaning at the time of supplier invoice creation.

In the current release, we do not calculate taxes for shopping cart..

Can you please check with partners, if they can help to achieve via PDI solution?
