Hi all,
There is a scenario, where maintenance plan was created in previous year and few maintenance order has been generated through it, but after few months the plan was set deletion flag. Now business want to reset deletion flag.
Will system create the maintenance order of previous days too or it will calculate from the current date ignoring previous calls
Thanks

You should exercise New start the scheduling in IP10.

Hi Jogeshwara,
After resetting deletion flag, I directly executed IP30 for the plan. system has generated orders for previous calls also.
As per your suggestion, there will be N numbers of plan which will be in deletion flag and which need to be activated now. So if I will go for New start option ,it will be tedious job.
can you suggest any way through which I can restart all plan together.
Thanks

Hi Vivek,
If you reopen the plan and run scheduling in IP10 or IP30, system will call the orders which are already past.
As far as i have seen, when you re-open the plan, you need to manually re-schedule the plan in IP10, by clicking the new start as advised by Jogeswara is the only option. If you have 1000 plans also you need to go by manual process to avoid any discrepancy in scheduling.
To schedule multiple plans, first you need to group plans which are under similar in nature, i feel only single cycle can be done in group, but for strategy or counter, this cannot be done in bulk.
Else convince your client to create new plans and schedule has per your process.
Regards
Terence
