Manage bank accounts web dynpro in s/4Hana is not opening

Hi guys,

We have installed s/4Hana system and assigned the required roles to functional consultant which are suggested regarding bank accounting.

When the consultant executing manage bank accounts web dynpro the page is blank.

I have activated the services from sicf tcode.

Can some one please suggest if there are any other steps to be followed to make this work?

Any list if services/business functions which are to be activated?

Hello Everyone

The problem to resolve it is simple.

We just have to use the NWBC tcode to launch and assign the cash manager role in PFCG.

We cannot launch an individual webdynpro to check this functionality.

Step 1: Have you assigned the role: SAP_SFIN_CASH_MANAGER?

Step 2: Have you activated all the services related to WDA_FCLM_BAM* from SICF?

Step 3: Launch NWBC transaction code

Step 4: you should see the required functionality working in NWBC screen

Hi Deepak,

If I directly using transaction SICF to test web service WDA_FCLM_BAM_HIERARCHY in S/4HANA, I will get the same error you faced.

But in normal situation, access this App from Fiori Launchpad (as you know, there should be one configured web dispatcher), I can see the main screen.

So let your consultants to test this App in FLP and check if everything is fine.

Thanks for your reply.

We are agreed to use NWBC but not Fiori apps and is not considered for this moment.

We could launch the web dynpro and could see the above screen, but once we click on New bank account there is no response.

I am worried about this.

Is it possible to create new bank account from this web dynpro without using Fiori?

If yes, what steps i need to take to make it work?

If no, what can i propose to our functional team?

Hi Deepak,

You can directly use NWBC in S/4HANA (sorry, I am not sure, it is just my personal idea.)

For no response problem, the following points can be checked:

1. Any missing authorization in transaction SU53?

2. Any error in browser web console (F12)?

3. Any error in application log using transaction SLG1?

4. Any error in SAP Gateway Application Log view using transaction /n/IWBEP/VIEW_LOG?

when we launch the web dynpro:WDA_FCLM_BAM_HIERARCHY which is manage bank accounts the URL opens with a blank page.

This access was present with SAP_SFIN_CASH_MANAGER and the same has been assigned to our consultant.

Is it mandatory to activate the business function: FIN_FSCM_CLM (SAP Cash Management)  iin order to make it work?

But, solution architects were reluctant to activate the business function and they have advised to apply note 2325472.

Do you think this will resolve the issue as our ABAP team is working on this.

Let me rephrase.

We have installed a new S/4HANA on premise edition and going with NWBC without Fiori apps.

To investigate the creation of Bank Accounts, i have assigned the required role:SAP_SFIN_CASH_MANAGER and activated below services from SICF:

WDA_FCLM_BAM_HIERARCHY

and few other services WDA_FCLM_BAM* are activated.

But once the webdynpro is launched, i get to see the below blank screen:

can you please advise if i am missing with any other settings

like LPD_CUST settings if so please let me know in detail.
