Hi all,

My requirement is : It is possible to prevent that a specific user reset the release strategy of a Purchase requisition:

Example:

My Purchase requisition has 4 steps of validation, For example X1, X2, X3, X4, and the document is fully released.

So if a specific user that is able to validate the document with the indicator X3, doens't allow to reset the Pr fully released, but it only able to reset the

indicator x3 and not the indicator X1 of the document.

Hi,

   Standard SAP will automatically reset the release of higher level if lower level user revoke the release. This is standard behavior as explained in the note shared by Jurgen. If you want to restrict the same, refer the doc:

   If you want to restrict higher level release codes revoking acceptance of lower level, you need to control the same with authorization. For the higher level release code, you may remove the access for the lower level release codes authorization.

If X3 cancel the PR release, then the X3 and X4 release will be cancelled.  The other two releases will remains unchanged.

What I can understand, X3 can not able to approve using indicator X1 and X2, but can able to reset these X1 and X2.

I hope, it's something which is tricky and may be not possible.
