Service request closing date not capturing

Hello experts,

Service request closing date not capturing screen shot 1

Normally in our systems Closing date is capturing based on status selection refer screen shot 1

but for status 50 it is not capturing closing date in service request

kindly suggest any inputs

Hello Chinna,

In my past project, we were updating dates compared with status in the following SPRO transaction:

you enter the status profile; status and then the Date Types concerned.

Then, if you set up the customizing with your status TMTR and your closing date, this one will be updated with today's date when the status of the operation is set.

Hi Chinna,

2 others suggestions:

- In you status profile, if you go to the status line E0005  and double click on FINI, would you have some lines that says that the object cannot be modified?

- In the date profile SRV_CLOSE, do you have a determination ?
