Hi ,
We installed set up for S/4HANA on premise Edition 1511, FPS01 fully activated Trial version using AWS.
Faced 2 issues.
1. Till yesterday we could access Windows remote desktop - but could not access S4H client 100 GU and got connection error. When we tried to ping the external serves from RDS, it couldn't be reached.
2. Today we see issue itself connecting to remote desktop.
Any help of this will be highly appreciated.

Hi Pradeep,
is your instance still running OK in the CAL console (i.e. do you see an Active status in https://cal.sap.com -> Instances ?
If you activated the instance yesterday for the first time, it will suspend automatically after 8 hours to save costs and you have to activate it again (either manually or by schedule).
For the SAP GUI access (that appearently never worked ?): did you use the Connect button in the CAL console or did you enter anything manually ? What error message did you get ? Do you have any firewalls, etc. within your company or on your laptop ?
