Changes not reflecting in AD for a particular identity

Hi,

I'm currently new in IDM and I need help regarding below issue. 1 identity in IDM is not reflecting the changes in AD, When i make changes to the user using the Change Identity Task, all other system is being updated except for AD(Modify Task is being executed for ECC, IDM UI except AD). Tried modifying other accounts and the changes are reflecting in AD. I can't pinpoint on why this is happening. Your help is greatly appreciated.
