Changes not reflecting in AD for a particular identity

Hi,

I'm currently new in IDM and I need help regarding below issue. 1 identity in IDM is not reflecting the changes in AD, When i make changes to the user using the Change Identity Task, all other system is being updated except for AD(Modify Task is being executed for ECC, IDM UI except AD). Tried modifying other accounts and the changes are reflecting in AD. I can't pinpoint on why this is happening. Your help is greatly appreciated.

please check if the system and only privileges for the AD repository are assigned (sucessfully) to that identity, that is giving you trouble.

Hi Ian,

I assume you are using IdM 7.2 or 8.

For each repositories, you can specify a list of attributes, when they are updated, it triggers the update to those repositories. In your UI modify task, the attributes you have changed are on the list of the ABAP repositories but not in the AD repository.

Another possibility is that you got exception when updating the AD record. You need to find out what happened in the job log.
