1) To access the 'Change Maintenance Plan: Initial Screen', type 'IP02' in the command line field, and press ENTER.
2) Complete the 'Maintenance plan' field, and press ENTER. (The 'Change Maintenance Plan: Maintenance Schedule' screen appears.)
3) Select the 'Goto' menu and select 'MaintItemList'. (The 'Change Maintenance Plan: Item List' screen appears.)
NOTE: If only one item fits the criteria, the 'Change Maintenance Plan: Item Data' screen appears.
4) Do one of the following:
a) If you are on the 'Item List' screen:
1] Select the maintenance item to be deleted.
2] Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete allocation'.
b) If you are on the 'Item Data' screen, select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete allocation'.
5) Click 'Save'. (A confirmation message appears.)

Only option is to delete the plan itself.

How many items are available in this plan ?
If it is only one, then you cannot delete, it should be more than one
