How to remove approved Purchasr Requisition in FIORI

Dear Experts,

Please help me how to remove approved PR in our FIORI. I tried to retrigger the release strategy but it came worst. It doubles the item in FIORI. Then in SBWP the status is ready. And found out the processer username was deleted in task id. I add again the username in task id but i get the same result.

I hope you could extend help.

Hi Bev,

Do you get same workitems as SBWP in Fiori?

Please upload a screenshot of SBWP and Fiori.

If it is same, the issue is in your backend and there is nothing to do by Fiori.

If you get more workitems than SBWP, I guess you use old support package or mandatory notes are missing.

Hi Masa,

In SBWP, the PR is in the outbox and still for release. But in SAP GUI, the PR is already released or approved. I try to manually release thru GUI but the items in FIORI are being doubled. We are in level 8 already.

Please upload a screenshot of "Inbox". Not outbox.

I see the status is in process, so the workitem has not been completed. It means technically not approved. I think the root cause is in your workflow side and not in Fiori.

Hi Bev,

PR 292 is in SBWP Inbox. The issue is in your PR workflow setting an not in Fiori.

If you use custom workflow template, take a look at .

Hi Bev, if you want to remove from specific fioriLaunchpad user, just remove the role at su01 for the user, but if you want to remove the app from FioriLP, go to /n/iwfnd/maint_service click on red buttons:

1º Remove System Alias

2º Deactive ICF Node

3º Delete service

Then remove  the follow roles from user
