Dear community,
Would you please have the pleasure to help me with my following question.
I am currently trying to create "demand planner" users. So , I assigned the following roles to that :
But when going to the process modelling tile, I am not able to find that user on the search bar and assign it as a "process owner" or a "reviewer".
Additionally, when entering the cases tile, that user cannot be again found through the search bar so that it can be selected as "assignee" for a task.
Could you please tell me where the problem underlies?

Dear community,
update: We copied our own users including all administration roles etc. to a new "demand planner"-user and deleted all the roles that are not necessary for a planner. In the end the role profile looked exactly like the one we initially created for the first "demand planner"-user. To our new demand planner user we can assign tasks and processes etc.
We would highly appreciate. if somebody could tell us what went wrong with the first user, that Vasilis described. Thank you very much.
