PI server cache issue

The original error when activating the object was :

HTTP connection to http://gpicsu.idc.rb.net:55000/run/value_mapping_cache/ext?method=invalidateCache&mode=Invalidate&co... returns status code '409' (Conflict) in response

please help me to resolve the issue

Hi Ashok,

Please add group "everyone" to the user which one wanted to perform the activation of the object.

NWA -> Configuration -> Security -> Identity Management -> Search for the mentioned user -> Assigned Groups

Hi Ashok,

please try to repeat the cashe refresh by using the button "Repeat Cache Update for Instance" next to the "Refresh Display" button. If this does not work, check if there are any conflicts for this object displayed in the Enterprise Service Builder under tab "Conflicts".
