Using "Find Tables" in Remote Sources

Hi all,

I have successfully configured SDA/SDI, using all kinds of Oracle and MSSQL adapters.

Following this excellent video, I have noticed two things:

  1. I do not have the Find table option

2. In the video, when expending the tables list, tables are well organized in groups.

In my system, tables are only ordered in alphabetical order.

Any idea about how to make menu option available and how to organize tables into (ECC) groups?

May I ask which adapter you are using? I suspect you are using the SDI OracleLogReaderAdapter, not the OracleECCAdapter.

The OracleECCAdapter is using the ABAP dictionary and application hierarchy for browsing. Technically they are similar, the ECC version just have this ABAP dictionary and handling of pool/cluster tables in addition.
