Refresh Report Issue

Hello Experts,

   I have a report in the BPC system. Also, there is data in cube.

   Whenever  the  user refresh the report the system doesnt bring any data.

   Also, "Edit Report" section in the report is grey.

   Other words, the user cant change anything.

   Patch of EPM 10 SP 24 Patch 1 Net 4.

   The user has admin authorization.

   Any ideas?

Hi Engin,

This might be due to MS security patches.(If the issue is for all the reports.)

We too had this issue and was fixed with OSS note 2107965.

Hello,

I looked OSS note 2107965, ıt said I should remove the "KB2920754" windows update. There is no that update.

  What else should I check?

Hi Engin,

So you are on Office 2013?

If so need to check for .

MS14-083: Security update for Microsoft Excel 2013  (2910929)

If it is there,either remove that or install

March 10, 2015 update for Office 2013 (KB2920754)

If it is not the issue:

1.This is happening to only this report?

2.The user is able to refresh other reports?(Wanted to know whether it is user specific issue)

3.Other users are able to refresh the same report?(Wanted to know if it is system specific issue)

Hi Engin,

• Check the note Manohar suggested.
• Check DAP in web admin for those users
• rebuild a simple report and match the lowest level of members to BW
