Info record ..Last document PO

Hi ,

I have info record 123 for vendor AB, plant 123 and material MAT123

I have PO created for above combniation

PO 1 date 2013/06/30

       2 date 2014/07/3

       3

       4

       5--Latest po 2016/08/09

But when open inforecord and displayed last document. SAP showing  po 2 . Home come it is . po should be  PO  5 right

Please advise.

Hi Ram,

Did you check if the last PO (number 5) has been defined with an info record document?

You can see this in EKPO-INFNR.

If the Purchase Order line item does not have a link to the info record, then, you cannot see this in the "Last document" section in the info record.

Also, if you want that the info record can be saved in your Purchase Order, check if the "Info Update" (Material tab, PO detail) has been flagged. After that, everytime you can save the PO, the info record will be there (despite if you remove this manually in the line item).
