Error al exportar a PDF formato de Crystal Método no encontrado: 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.PropertyBagCrystalDecisions

Solicito de su amable colaboración, en un cliente se esta generando el siguiente error al tratar de exportar un formato a PDF de Crystal Reports "Método no encontrado: 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.PropertyBagCrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.ISCRExportOptions.get_ExportOptionsEx()' todas las soluciones que se han visto llevan a la instalación del complemento del Crystal que se llama CRforVS_13_0_10.exe se instaló pero aún sigue sin funcionar.

Se desinstalo el Cliente de SAP con sus componentes (DI API y CRuntime) se volvió a instalar y funciono en momento, pero se esta volviendo a generar error.

Hi

I understand that you are getting an error when exporting a report to PDF file format. You are using SP 10 of Crystal Reports for .NET (CRVS).

Currently, CRVS is on SP 16 and the very first thing to do will be updating to SP 16 - both the install exe on your development computer and then making sure you are deploying the SP 16 runtime using the MSM or MSI files.
