delivery cost changes allowed after po release

Dear Experts,

    Normally any changes in PO liable to reset release strategy, My client has requirement  that system allow changes delivery cost or insert new delivery cost even PO released. Please suggest.

Hi Sanjay Verma,

you can set tolerances within release indicator:

"Tolerance for value changes during release

Specifies the percentage by which the value of the requisition may be increased (as a result of a change to the requisition) after the release procedure has begun."

Go in SPRO:

Materials Management - Purchasing - Purchase Order - Release Procedure for Purchase Orders - Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders

Click on Release indicator.

thanks for early response.

we want to allow  only delivery cost  changes. if any body changing anything other than delivery cost than release should be reset.

currently we have configure : ---

Rel ID     Released     chgable     %value change      description

1                                   4               10                         Purchase order Blocked

2               X                  6               0.00                      Purchase order Released

There is no such option in SAP.

A change is a change, no matter if this is freight costs or any other condition.
