The SAP HANA Services is not available.

Good Day All,

Please advise if there is a solution for the following message:

" The SAP HANA Services in not available:

Scenario:

SAP B1 was installed on iPads/tablets, when running the Sales Analysis Report from the dashboards on the iPad the users get the error above.

SAP Version: 9.1 PL.08 HANA

I gave the applicable authorizations for the users and still getting this error.

Please advise.

Nope this did not work, we downloaded and installed the latest version and still getting the message.

According to SAP Note 1950487 this issue was resolved with SAP Business One mobile app 1.9.6 for iOS.

Please note that note 1950487  not been released so this does not help me to solve the issue.

Any other solutions for this issue?
