"Insufficient rigths for operation" at record import

Hi,

We have the following problem.

Trying to import XML file with MDIS, resulting in "Insufficient rigths for operation" error message.

The MDIS user has all write-rights.

I have attempted the operation in Import manager with Admin user, same result.

The solution works in Production, but not in Development and QA.

I attempt with XML files that have been imported in Production, which fails in Dev and QA.

Where can the error lie?
