PS CPM Solution

Dear Team,

I am working for Client and their process it is ETO process with Unit, Lump Sum and RRB.

I would like to suggest for Commercial Project Management which have better solutions and integrated with PS with future prospective.

Please let me know is it the right solution?

Hi,

Which functionality of SAP CPM you are focusing for this requirement.

Project cost & revenue planning  (i.e financial planning) can be a good option.

However , some additional skill sets like Analysis office for Excel , SAP BO are needed for that.

Just work out a plan in terms of what would be handled in PS & CPM.

You can always use Project Issues & Change management feature of CPM as it is quite powerful project management and incident tracking tool.

Project Work-space feature can help in cross project reporting and consolidation.
