Hi Guys,
We are integrating success factor employee center to C4C using HCI, Only employee record will flow from SF EC to C4C as unidirectional. I have activated integration in scoping and it generated communication scenario "EC Integration", Now creating communication arrangement using same scenario but it does create outbound communication by default while we need inbound only.
Can anyone please advice why it is not generating Inbound or what I need to do for Inbound communication?
also if I create custom communication scenario then what operation should I consider for receiving employee data?
