Hi All,

Where I could enter a complex journal entry in BYD , like F-02 in SAP ECC?

eg. With AP/AR / General Ledger account in one journal entry?

There is a big monthly journal entry from a ledger report from the other party.

Hi Lynni,

ByD is not ECC. In ByD the G/L is more or less the Accounting Representation of the Operational Transactions. So whenever you like to post e.g. AP/AR you need to start with a corresponding operational transaction. In this case the best would be to take a look at "New Charge/ New Credit", which is in the Receivables/ Payables workcenter in the Account Monitor.

PS: Der is the German book "Geschäftsprozessbasiertes Rechnungswesen: Unternehmenstransparenz für den Mittelstand mit SAP Business ByDesign" which describes the concepts pretty good.
