Unable to connect CAL instance through SAP GUI

I am trying to connect to SAP Hybris Marketing and SAP CRM RDS V3 instance. I can connect to the linux server through winscp however, when i set up the crm server connection in sap gui, i am not able to connect. the ping to the crm external ip address also fails. I have checked there is no active firewall. I am unable to connect to the crm webui or hybris ui. Any help would really appreciated.

This is fixed.

added DNS entry in the hosts file and now it seems to be working.

Could you send the /var/log/appliance* files to cal.admin <at> sap.com for further investigation?

I terminated the old instances and created new instances. Now i can log into the SAP GUI however whenever i log into the webui for CRM i get the following error.

"The URL contains no complete domain specification."

Similarly, I am getting Hybris UI error when i try to bring the Hybris UI.

"Error while displaying the (sub)workset; contact your system administrator."

I havent updated the hosts file on the servers. I am replacing the domain name with the IP address of the application server.

Login screen for both crm and hybirs appears fine its just when i login the error comes up

Any idea how to fix this?

The problem is i am not even able to connect to instance so cannot even bring the screen on the screen.
