Firefox omitting $filter data in URI

25 Views

Hello all,

I'm new to SAP development and trying to figure out a solution to an issue I'm seeing. This works in IE and Chrome.

I have a call that uses a $filter System Query Option and it returns the following in Firefox:

The following problem occurred: HTTP request failed400,Bad Request,{ "error": { "code": "", "message": { "lang": "en-US", "value": "No property 'and' exists in type 'omitted'."}}}

After some debugging I noticed in the Network tab that the filter dates are not populating in the request url:

$filter=(ORDER_DATE ge and ORDER_DATE le )

It should look something like this (grabbed from Chrome using the same filter parameters as Firefox):

$filter=(ORDER_DATE ge datetime'2016-04-01T05:00:00' and ORDER_DATE le datetime'2016-04-08T05:00:00')

All of the other possible filter fields are filled in correctly and returning filtered data. I've drilled down the code using the debugger and the date values are read just like the other fields but never make it into the request.

Has anyone else experienced something similar using Firefox or know of a way to fix this?
