What are the users doing when this happens?

After adding user name and Password while login into the SAP getting this error.(Only for 2 users and both are finance depart. users)

Can they log on as themselves on different machines? This will eliminate client issues.

This can also happens when users have a large number of alerts

They are not getting error on other machines.

But some times system gets slow. We have not set any alerts.

Try closing SAP then clearing the users files under C:\Users\XXUSER NAMEXX\AppData\Local\SAP, and any files stored for the user for SAP Business One under C:\Users\XXUSER NAmeXX\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files

Then restart the PC
