can you provide suggestion to overcome this.

Hello,

Check the period for which he is executing the transaction.

It may be possibility that he executing the data for longer period that's why he is getting error due to performance issues.

If possible Share screen shot or consult your ABAP consultant for help

It's very hard to tell what is happening on your system without analyzing the complete short dump.

Therefore, please attach the complete short dump file into this thread.

If you display in ST22 the dump you can download it using the menu System - List - Save - Local File. You should choose the unconverted extension, in order to get a plain text file.

Currently error screen unavailable.After clicking the order in coois ,customer getting dump.
