Please clarify:

1)What is the error message?

2)Are the EMI wage types configured in v_t51p6?

3) Have you configured any amount/percentage for minimum net pay?

This is a standard error because the net pay falls below the minimum net pay criterion defined in customizing. To verify this, please check if either of the following constants have a value:

1) MNPPR in v_t511K

2) MNPAM in v_t511p

Pls send a screenshot.

Hello KKS,

The payroll rejection you are having is expected in these situations.  This is so, because the loan wage types are customized in V_T51P6 with type 7, thus the loan will not be deducted in case not enough net amount is available and consequently the employee will be rejected:

Please check the following information about specification 7:

Specification 7: Loan, no reduction

This is a loan wage type. No reduction is allowed. If the net amount for the loan repayment is not sufficient, you must lower the amount of repayments manually in the infotype Loans (0045).  The person is rejected.

Also, please note that unlike other deductions Loan repayment cannot be carried forward to create a claim, this is so because if that happens then interest amount calculation will become inconsistent.  So, in these cases, as mentioned earlier, you must manually lower the amount of repayments in Infotype 45.

Best Regards,

Aman
