CM25 - Operation duration shrinked when dispatching

Hi Gurus,

I am experiencing a difference in operation time duration between production orders before and after dispatching.

Here's the situation:

The production order before dispatching:

Start date: 10.06.2016 - Start time: 20:40:00

Finish date: 13.06.2016 - Finish time: 06:37:23

The production order after dispatching:

Start date: 10.06.2016 - Start time: 20:40:00

Finish date: 13.06.2016 - Finish time: 06:20:00

Could you please help me understand the cause of this behavior?

Hello,

It depends upon the strategy profile used in CM25.

If you have use the Close gap, Treatment of queue time and Reduction level.

and scheduling parameter of production order OPU3 for reduction.

But no queue time exists for any operation, so -as per my understanding- reduction levels should not apply.
