SAP Design Studio - Issue while executing prompt with HANA

Hi,

I developed a simple dashboard using SAP Design Studio under a HANA Calculation View.

The HANA calculation view has two Input parameters, Company (type: nvarchar) and Position Date (type: date). Both are obrigatory.

In Design Studio I created a data source directly (OLAP Connection) on the calculation view.

I can handle with Company input parameter without problems, I means, I can select different entries (Companies) and execute the report with success.

For the Position Date I´ve implemented a constant that always fit the input with the current date. So If I try to change for another specifically date, I got the error  "The application doesn´t exist. The error occurred while logging in to ID "f6f7291d-e132-42dd-b76c-76f8da23 [...]".

I´ve already tried to remove the constant from the input parameter (Position Date), but nothing changed, still getting error while trying to select a date in input parameter.

P.s: While executing directly in HANA database no problems. The same thing If I execute in another BO tools (Webi, Lumira..).

I enable the trace log and execute again, I´m attaching the log file.

Anybody already faced it before?

Hi Bruno - there are several fixes in SP02 released today - see SAP note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2242487

Could you try it with the latest 1.6 SP02?

We are considering update for the latest SP, this cenario should work in my release?

It´s a simple cenario using HANA Input parameters into Design Studio application, that in my opinion, should works.

Probably someone has already implemented it before and there must be some hint for this to work.

Also recommend you download it, try again and if it doesn't work then you have basis for a support incident.

I updated the Design Studio to SP02, but the issue still happening.

After do some tests, I realized that my issue is on the "Basic Layout for SAPUI5 m" template.

When I choose any other DS template (ex: "Basic Layout" SAPUI5), everything work fine with the input parameters that come from HANA view.

Yes, I have already reviewd it.

I´m moving for another DS template, once the issue is specifically with "SAP UI5m" template.
