Warranty Claim tab in Order

Dear Experts

In one of my customer systems, I face this issue. I have not configured any warranty claim master data. The equipments are also free of the warranty tab.

However when an order is created there is a pop up at the end of the header screen as shown below. How can I remove it? Have never seen this before.

Kindly let me know the suggestions or possibilities because of which this is appearing. Warranty and Claims are totally out of scope.
