We got this issue with importing users. We have two "identical" systems. One is Live and the other is for Backup reasons. Every morning we have scheduled to export Skills, Profiles, Phone Queues and Users from our Live system onto a shared folder and after 15 min all the four things are imported to the Backups system. We keep the two systems at the same SP and HF level 188.8.131.52. We decided to upgrade to SP9 with all the latest HotFixes. After we upgraded the Backup system to SP9 the next morning importing users got this error "NullPointerException: null". All the others are fine.
Live system is on SP8.114 and Backup is on SP9.9.
I've even tried to export from the Backup system and import it again to the same Backup system, I get the same error. The file has 550+ users in it.
Has anyone else encountered the situation?
