How to Change URL of Tile Dynamically in Fiori Launchpad

Hi All,

my Company Currently using 2 Server for Hosting Webdynpro And Fiori Application , after some time they will migrate to Fiori Server

but now they want to give title for Each application of ESS Server , now problem is how will i change URL/ Behavior of Tile to Open Different ESS server like Dev/QA/PRD

it means when i will click on tile in Dev Fiori LaunchPad server it should open ESS DEv server link same for others .

ESS Server Fiori Launchpad Based App Server ESS Dev Fiori Launchpad Dev ESS QA Fiori Launchpad QA ESS PRD Fiori Launchpad PRD
