Incident Management Status of Issue is "In-Process Printed"

Hi,

In Incident Management one of incident is in "In-Process printed" status and when we are trying to edit the message, status field of message is greyed out. We are unable to change the status of issue.

We are using the SOLMAN 7.1 SP13.

Please help me.
