SAP usage report

Hi All,

I'm looking for a Tcodes execution usage report in SAP.

Tcodes such: ST03N, SDAT, SM20, STATTRACE and so on are not useful for me, because I need to get the information

for all the user in the system for a long period (not just for 24 hours up to one month).

For example: I need to now which Tcodes had been excuted by which users in the last 6 months, and how many times each Tcode had been executed by each user in that period.

If there is no Tcode/report gathering these information, can you please noted which tables containe these inforamtion?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi

You can try with ST03N based FM: SWNC_COLLECTOR_GET_AGGREGATES

How to read ST03N datasets from DB

Data are aggregated but your example need can be extracted.

To have detailed information in future you need to adopt SM19 settings. You need to log transaction starts. It isn't enabled by default.

    Regards

    Hi Ariel,

Is your system connected through GRC? If yes, please run action usages report in GRG, It will be suitable in your case.

    Thanks-
