Print Journal Report problem

Hi,

We run BPC MS 10.1 SP6 and trying to print a journal report. But the problem is that the report gets divided into two pages, about 4 columns (dimension) at each page and it is hard to follow, especially when we have a large journals with many rows. Is there any way to change the printing options or the layout  of journal report?

We have tried to change orienation och the sheet layout when printing but is does not effect the report.

Hi Fred,

I don't think you can change the default format but when printing the report from your brwoser (whilst in print preview) you should be able to change the scaling to whatever you like. At least that works for me in Internet Explorer.

Thanks Arnold for the reply and your thoughts!

I did try the change the scaling but it did not effect the report and the columns other than make it all smaller when printing.

I did find this note 2262578 on the Netweaver version and it is the same problem. The solution there is to upgrade to SP07. Havent found anyhting on this for the microsoft version so hopefully it is fixed in later SP.

Is anyone else printing journals from BPC 10.1 and how?
