SVT checks issue in Purchase orders?

Hello Experts,

We have maintained all the configuration required for SVT. But unable to fill the tables CCRCT_PU and CCRCT_SO. Please find the details.

SVT checks not happening:

We are implementing the standard EH&S functionality without the REACH/SVT plug in.

Our requirement is to capture the substance volume data for EPA reporting for Purchase (Import) as well as sales (export).

System landscape

We are on EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 Release 606 SP level 0003

DG functionality was already implemented.

We don't have a EH&S data provider, so not using the listed sub.

We don't have any other SAP tools/functionality like EH&S expert, CLEO/OCC content provider etc.

As per the standard functionality, we are running the fill program. RREGCH_FILL and then RREGCH_VT.

We just want to fill the tables  CCRCT_EHS_COMP,CCRCT_PU and CCRCT_SO.

We are able to fill table CCRCT_EHS_COMP. The other tables CCRCT_EHS_REG don’t get filled up.

Program RREGCH_VM gets no data.

There is no error for programs RREGCH_FILL and RREGCH_VT. The message is: No Data Found  

Any suggestion how to fix this issue? Output of the RREGCH_VT program is attached.

Hello

I assume you know the most important OSS note for SVT and I assume you have read Substance Volume Tracking using SAP EHS MANAGEMENT

,

a.) you run the RREGCH_FILL report. Please answer: why do you not run the "build"part? Which set up are you using here?

b.) Using RREGCH_FILL you filled CCRCT_EHS_COMP. That is good news. For CRCT_EHS_REG you have no data. Did you expect to get data here? (you have done some customizing etc.). For "reporting" purpose this might be ok, but not for "blocking/check purpose". Without data in this table the blocking can not work

c.) Without knowing the customizing etc. set up, data you have used nobody can help you and decide why is CCRCT_PU and CCRCT_SO empty; and without knowing the data structure of you SAP MM/SAP SD  documents as well nobody can help

So you can see. You are not "alone" in the SVT world

PLease explain: why do you use "TSCA12B" list? (this is "potentially" a "complex" list (demand))

Can you explain your statement "We are implementing the standard EH&S functionality without the REACH/SVT plug in." better. I do not get your story here. SVT is not "only" designed to support  REACH etc.

PLease confirm:

1.) you have read the OSS note for SVT and you understand it

2.) If somebody shiould help you must show customizing set up done and master data used

We are able to get the data in  CCRCT_PU and  CCRCT_So tables.

But now facing 3 issues.

1- We want to block the export of the materials containing tracked substances, to specific countries based on usage( validity area). This could be achieved thru sd but since the tracked substance is linked with multiple materials and product families, it will be easier to maintain from the EH&S.

We have maintained the SVT relevant characteristics but the sales order and purchase orders are not getting blocked. It seems, the sd/purchase process is not getting linked to specifications thru ESTMJ table.

2- We want to get email notification when a material containing tracked substance , gets exported to a certain country for the first time. This is also not happening.

3) We have activated the online notification process for reaching the volume limit in purchase and sales. Activated the Badi's but even though this is a standard process, there is no notification triggered.

We have no link with the standard BOM process and creation of the specification screen in the material master. Do we need to activate this functionality?

Any advice?

SVT does not work like that (acording to my experiece); you will get the email only if the threshold limits are exceeded (information, warning and error level)

is there something shwon in CBRC20 ? green light, yelow light??  Is there any tracked substance there teh threshold limit id exceeded?

Not sure that you would liek to get. OPtion one. you linke teh material to specificaiotn in specificaiotn; second: you can link the othere way around (material => specifciations9: Please check thsi FORUM. Some threads exsist realted to thso topc

For BOMBOS: please check my document  ()  But this helps only for thos products you produce by your own; for e.g war materials you buy you need to maintain the composition by your own; and if you hvae no composition at all on REAL_SIUB level (down to in most cases LIST_SUB level) BOMBOS will not help

I recoomend first to get SVT up and running before you look for blocks.; I did not 100% get your explanation as

for first part. No clue what you are "saying",. Story is as: you have material specificaiotn compsotions an don lowest level tracked substance. This is basis of content of CCRCT_EHS_COMP. The "usage" is here only a "ontop" seleciotn criteria to find the right composition;

Please find the output of CBRC20. The document test status is blank.

There is no data in CBRC21.

the screen can not help to help you. Which topic is now solved and which is still open? I recommend first: SVT should be up and runing as expected. eMail should be passed on as expected. Thengo on for "online checks" and blcoking. Any BADI is customer developemnt. So we can not help here

We have data in CBRC20 but still no online blocking.

When checking the test status for document check ( first column) , the message is document check closed.

No data in CBRC21. cbrc10 has no errors.

once again it seems to be that improved your situation. Only as a kind of reference:

Block a PO due to SVT and obtain the PO in CBRC21 | SCN

CBRC21 can be used only if the block suceeded,. Without shwoing your customizing set upno help is possible. Even then help is limited if you have used BADI etc. implementaiotn

E.g. SVT_PRO_PROFILE, SVT_PRO_STATUS,S VT_SO_PROFILE, and SVT_SO_STATUS
