Transaction iview

Is it possible to reach the second screen of any transaction from Portal? For example: -

transaction IL03 gives the initial screen for displaying functional location, and here after entering valid functional location and hitting return, screen with actual master data of that functional location appears.

Is it possible to reach this screen directly from portal without coming on to the initial screen?
