Any help in understanding the BW data model of ehs ( specification and phase management ) to create report in BW ?

EHS classic Chris .Looks like ehs classics are not discussed . some of this thread helped me recall my BW memory .

Thank you for compiling the threads in BW so far . Looks like we need to add for  classic ehs too .

not many companies etc. use SAP BW for EHS classic. The set up is not easy etc, The "critcial" topic is: what topics should be "analyzed" in SAP BW?

For SAP EHS GLM does not really make sense to use SAP BW; same for SAP DG.

For SAH EHS IH some interest might be detected but most of the people look for EHSM installation and SAP BW integration here.

For SAP EHS-SAF as well no interest known in SAP BW. So sometimes very rarely I have seen some interest in EHS BD. But most of the people "stop" investigation because of complex data moidel in EHS classic

What is your interest?

the "issue" is your sentence. According to my knowledge: extract phrase is "easy". Extract substance/specification data is a challenge e.g. density is more complex; extract DG data never tried; don't know. For composition; data a "big challenge"

The use of Extractors fo EHS BD in context of SAP BW is very limited. I do not know many companies who are using this. And according to my experiece: it is more or less >90% customer specific set up. PLease check the one link. I can not help you here.
