Hi,Experts

Lot Size quantity is rounding to 1 in Results Recording  if UOM  having decimal places

inspected qty is opened for 1 KG only

Click on  MIC- visual inspection

Then it will open  only one line item  to select codes ( characteristic attributes)

IT SHOULD DISPLAY  245 LITNE ITEMS

I have referred note 213505 and done some modification in Materaial master QM view ,sampling procedure and Control indicators in MIC

I can able to get sampling size is lot qty but I am not getting code groups and selected sets and the same not getting stored in QASR table

Hi Rajulapati,

Please can you let me know if there is any special setup or reasons because of which you were expecting "...IT Should DISPLAY  245 LITNE ITEMS..."? Please can you let us know what is the sampling procedure assigned to your inspection lot and share its details in screenshot.

Coming to your next question - I think you are using "Qualitative MIC" for recording visual inspection. For this case have you created your catalog types for Attributes in QS51 for 1100 plant? Is this the first time you are doing result recording for qualitative MIC in 1100 plant or only for this specific case you are facing issues?

Also please check the inspection type 01, if 'UD Selected Set' is defaulted with any value in the configuration - SPRO => Quality Management => Quality Inspection => Inspection Lot Creation => Maintain Inspection Type. If so remove that value and then check.

Ans for .''IT Should DISPLAY  245 LITNE ITEMS.'' since my lot qty is 244.6 kg

and i am using below sampling procedure

for second question, we are using Qualitative  characteristics since year 2007 and also characteristic attributes defined in QS51,QS41.

I am getting issue incase of UOM having decimal places

for 3rd question, in configuration for inspection type-01 UD Selected Set' is blank

Note: For the lots having UOM with out decimal places like EA,... we are getting lot qty =sample qty like below

Looks like there is some issues with rounding of KG for decimal places. Please can you look into the suggestions shared in the below threads:
