Ticket routing rules not working

Hi Experts,

I have been trying to make ticket routing rules so that it can be assigned to a particular team based on the subject pattern. So this is what I did.

Ticket should be assigned to Team social queue

Defined if ticket subject contains Pattern #TarakM



But still ticket is not assigned to any team


Plz. anybody help me..
