EHP8 upgrade error at SUM phase PREP_INPUT_CHECK/READDATA_EXP on E-Recruiting System

We're upgrading SAP E-Recruiting (standalone) on Netweaver 7.4 to EHP8/Netweaver 7.5 and unfortunately running into the issue at the SUM (1.0 SP16 PL12) phase PREP_INPUT_CHECK/READDATA_EXP.

We put all the export DVDs of ERP and NetWeaver under EHP8 following the SAP Note but can't get through.

The source system version is as below:

I found people have similar problems with the SEM-BW (. When we tried to follow the same approach of SEM-BW from the SAP guide Special Cases in Installation and Update | SCN,it didn't work because I guess SAP hasn't created additional product versions for ERECRUITING like SEM-BW in the SAP software catalog. We can't simply get rid of the "SAP ERP 6.0" in LMDB without causing the verification error in the maintenance planner because it can't recognize the ERECRUIT any more. So we had to add it back before we can generate the STACK.XML. Then everything just get back to the beginning where the problem happens. We raised an ticket (162093/2016) and SAP Support gave a few suggestions which can't resolve it yet.

I wonder if someone has experienced this situation and could share any workaround or solution.
