Has anyone experienced Internet Explorer freezing issues when working in ByD and then opening a help document? This is what it generally looks like for me...
1. I'll open ByD and be researching an issue or testing out a process
2. After a period of time I'll search for and open documentation from the Help Center
3. Shortly after opening the a Help document both browser windows will become frozen, the responsiveness of the main ByD window seems to quickly degrade before completely freezing (e.g., clicking on work center changes focus but doesn't change view)
4. Ultimately my only option is to close the windows and restart ByD
I've worked SAP Support on this, but haven't been able to pinpoint a root cause and/or fix so was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
I'm accessing ByD from a Windows 7 machine with IE 11 and Silverlight 5.1.41212.0.
