How to install crystal reports 2013

Hi,

we need to install crystal reports 2013(for 4.1 SP 8) for our new application and currently we have SAP BOE 4.0 SP12 environment with all applications, do we need to install all BO 4.1 SP8 client tools..?, cystal reports 2013 alone.? please advise.
